Terre di Canossa 2016 - 1st Class.: Vesco- Guerini on Fiat 508 S Balilla Sport
For the 4th time in 6 editions, Andrea Vesco and Andrea Guerini win Terre di Canossa, on board of their Fiat 508 S Balilla Sport of 1934.
The race saw 93 crews taking off from Parma, about 678 km and 85 time trials in three stages, with focal points in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany and the arrival in Reggio Emilia.
Brilliant second, author of a great race, the crew of father and son, Francesco e Giuseppe Di Pietra, on a Fiat 508 C of 1938 of the Classic Team Eberhard.
Completing the podium, finishing in third place, Nino Margiotta and Bruno Perno, driving a Volvo PV 544 Sport 1965 of Scuderia Volvo Club.
Excellent performance of two Argentine Juan Tonconogy on a Bugatti T40 and Daniel Erejomovich on an Aston Martin Le Mans, who finished respectively 4th and 7th place.
The ranking of "Grand'Eventi 2016" updated sees Nino Margiotta always first, followed by Di Pietra, the Argentines Tonconogy and Erejomovich, then Aghem and the newcomer Vesco.
