The route 2023
The route of the Gran Premio Nuvolari represents the synthesis of many Italian excellences.

In the wake of the success of the last edition, this year too, after the pre-race checks on Thursday 14 September, a night prologue will take place through a city route of about 10 km that will wind through the streets of Mantova. It will be the City's greeting reserved for participants from all over the world.

On Friday 15 September, the jewels of yesteryear will leave, as per tradition, from the historic Piazza Sordello, the heart of the Lombard city. They will cross the roads of the Pianura Padana, up to the Modena racetrack, then the lunch break at the ancient Acetaia Leonardi. We will then continue on the Emilia-Romagna hills towards the Adriatic Sea with the arrival in Cesenatico. The first evening will be held in the suggestive location of the Grand Hotel da Vinci. An overnight stay in Rimini will follow.

Saturday 16 September, the second stage, will see a new route: from Rimini to Marche, Umbria and Tuscany. Expected passages from Città di Castello, Piazza Duomo in Arezzo, Piazza del Campo in Siena and the break in Borgo Scopeto, among the iconic cypresses of the Sienese hills. In the afternoon the crews will travel the Chianti roads, then the trials of Pieve Santo Stefano, towards the Viamaggio pass. The Republic of San Marino will welcome the event with the last group of timed trials of the day and the stamp control in Piazza della Libertà, at the top of Monte Titano. The arrival of the second stage will be in Rimini, on the walkway of Piazza Tre Martiri. The day will end with the traditional Gala Dinner in honour of Tazio Nuvolari, in the marvellous Fellinian setting of the Grand Hotel in Rimini.

Sunday 17 September the crews will return to Mantova. The path will reserve them the last challenges, decisive for declaring the final winner. Starting from Rimini, they will compete with the dreaded time trials of Meldola, then passing by Faenza, guests of the Alpha Tauri Formula 1 team and on the track at Imola, inside the celebrated Enzo and Dino Ferrari Formula 1 racetrack. The arena in Piazza Ariostea will be the splendid glance that Ferrara will reserve for the competitors.
