Gran Premio Nuvolari: 2013 edition news

29th  July 2013- The famous regularity event for vintage cars, organized by Mantova Corse, Aci Mantova and Tazio Nuvolari Museum, is gaining an important number of enrollments, not only among the Italian pilots, but among the foreigner teams as well.
The 1000 km route, starting from Mantua and going across famous artistic cities like Siena, Arezzo, Ravenna and Ferrara, during the 2013 edition will see the passage through two racetracks, respectively in Modena and Imola at “Autodromo Dino ed Enzo Ferrari”, this one will be visited twice. They also will go through the Castle of Panzano, in the municipality of Castelfranco Emilia, owned by the well-known collector of classic cars and motorcycles Mario Righini.
 
The drivers will be able to admire the wonderful landscapes of Tuscany and to drive throughout old towns just like Modena, Siena (with a break at Castello di Brolio, tenuta Barone Ricasoli), Arezzo, Ravenna and Ferrara, starting from and getting to the heart of Mantua, Piazza Sordello.
 
Great expectations for the number of participants, as the number of registration makes one think, concerning both Italian and international participants.
“Our everlasting aim- says Luca Bergamaschi, one of the founders of Mantova Corse- is to ensure the best treatment to the participants, offering the highest standards of hospitality, good competition and regards to the extraordinary Italian landscapes”. Among the most important soirees:
September 19th  “Waiting for the Gran Premio…” in Mantua, September 20th in Milano Marittima- Hotel Mare e Pineta, and September 21st the gala dinner at Grand Hotel Rimini.
 
The 2013 edition will be supported by the three sponsors Audi Italia, Eberhard & Co. and Etiqueta Negra, eminent and prestigious partners that decided to renovate their presence at the main celebratory event dedicated to “Grande Nivola” and to all of them the organizers want to express their gratitude. “Through the partnership and the synergy established in these years, we grew in terms of quality and quantity, values that allowed the Gran Premio Nuvolari to become one of the most important events for old cars all over the world”.
 
The 27th edition will occur from September 19th to 22nd 2013, following the timetables of Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (F.I.A.), Federation Internationale Vehicules Anciens (F.I.V.A), Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (C.S.A.I.) and Automotoclub Storico Italiano (A.S.I.).
 
The enrollments will be closed on July 31st.
